S.H.O.E.S. Volunteers 2026
In The Image is thrilled to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of our Shoes Help Our Elementary Students (S.H.O.E.S.) Program!
For three decades, S.H.O.E.S. has provided thousands of elementary students with brand-new, well-fitting shoes and volunteers make it all possible!
Individuals who choose to donate their time to our S.H.O.E.S. Program can be seen:
- Greeting students as they arrive,
- Checking them in for their appointment,
- Sizing students for their new shoes as well as helping them find the perfect pair,
- Keeping the inventory organized and well-stocked,
- And so much more!
All volunteers must have an account through our volunteer portal. After you make an account or login you can:
- Sign up individually, find the date(s) you would like to volunteer, click the button "Respond Individually", and follow the prompts given. Individual volunteer sign up begins June 29th.
- Sign up your group*, find the date(s) you and your group would like to volunteer, click the button "Respond as a Team", add each volunteer that you know will be in attendance, please select a group leader and follow all of the remaining prompts.
*If you do not know all the names of the individuals in your group, you may reserve spots for your group and input names later.
